Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do I calculate my GPA?

Open GPA/CGPA and choose your grading system. Pick the Year and Semester, then add each course with its units and grade. Tap Calculate GPA to see your GPA for that semester.

How do I calculate my CGPA?

Save your courses first. Then enter your Previous CGPA and Previous Total Units under CGPA Overview (use 0.00 and 0 if you are a fresher) and tap Calculate CGPA.

How do I pay for Pro?

Open Trackly Pro, choose a plan and tap Continue to Payment. Transfer the amount to the account shown, include your reference code, and upload your receipt. Pro starts once we confirm your payment, which usually takes a few minutes and sometimes up to 24 hours.

Does Trackly work offline?

Yes. Tasks, the Planner, the Focus Timer and the GPA/CGPA calculator work without internet. Trackly AI needs internet.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the Login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the steps.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and saved data.

1. Acceptance

  • By creating an account or using Trackly, you agree to these Terms.
  • If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
  • If you are under 18, we recommend asking a parent or guardian to help you set up your account.

2. Your Account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password private.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password in Settings straight away and message Support.

3. Using Trackly

  • Trackly helps you manage tasks, schedules, focus sessions, flashcards and grades.
  • Do not upload fake payment receipts.
  • Do not try to access other people’s accounts.
  • Do not share harmful or illegal content, or harass others.
  • Do not try to disrupt the app.

4. GPA and CGPA Results

  • Results are estimates based on what you enter and the grading scales shown.
  • Your school’s official result always takes priority.
  • Confirm important results with your institution.

5. AI Features

  • Trackly AI can make mistakes.
  • Check important answers against your course materials.
  • Do not share sensitive personal details in your questions.

6. Trackly Pro and Payments

  • Pro is a paid plan: monthly, half-yearly or yearly.
  • Pay by bank transfer and upload your receipt.
  • Always include your reference code in the transfer. Payments without it may not be matched and can be treated as invalid.
  • Pro starts once we confirm your payment.
  • Plans do not renew automatically.
  • Payments are non-refundable. If you paid but Pro was not activated, message Support and we will resolve it.
  • Streak rewards are given at our discretion and may change.

7. Your Content

  • Your tasks, notes, cards and other content belong to you.
  • You allow Trackly to store and process them only to run the app for you.

8. Availability

  • We work hard to keep Trackly available.
  • Maintenance, internet problems or power cuts on our providers’ side can sometimes interrupt the service.
  • We cannot promise it will always be available.

9. Ending Your Account

  • You can delete your account in Settings at any time.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

10. Changes and Law

  • We may update these Terms and will change the date at the top.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

What We Collect

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your optional profile photo and username.
  • Content you add: tasks, schedules, important dates, courses and grades, focus sessions, flashcards, AI chat history and payment receipts.

How We Use It

  • To sign you in and save your data.
  • To calculate your results, confirm payments and show your progress.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

Where It Is Stored

  • On your device and, once cloud accounts are switched on, with our hosting and database providers.
  • Only you can see your content.

Who Else Handles Your Data

  • Service providers that help us run the app, such as hosting, sign-in, email delivery and the AI provider when you use Trackly AI.
  • They may only use your data to provide their service.

Keeping It Safe

  • We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
  • No online service is completely risk-free, so choose a strong password and keep it private.

Your Rights

  • Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask to see, correct or delete your data.
  • You can delete your account and saved data in Settings, or message Support.

Children

  • Trackly is made for students.
  • If you are under 18, we recommend asking a parent or guardian to help you set up your account.
  • We only collect what the app needs to work.

Changes

  • If we change this policy, we will update the date above.

  • Sign them out of all devices

Their data stays safe, and you never see their password.
